Items that have been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for review.

How long do products and accessories take?

Processing and shipping are separate timeframes.Products & AccessoriesPlease allow 3–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier.Orders are generally shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.Expedited or upgraded shipping options may be available at checkout. Selecting expedited shipping only shortens the carrier’s delivery time and does not shorten the processing period.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, depending on the unit, length, texture, cap size, color, and customization requested.Once your wig is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.Ready-to-ship wigs may arrive sooner. Custom-colored wigs, custom-size units, or specially requested styles may require the full processing timeframe.Pre-orders are highly recommended to secure your preferred length, texture, lace type, cap size, and color.Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in processing or estimated delivery time.Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Are wigs available immediately?

A limited number of reaady-to-ship wigs may be available for immediate purchase or pickup.Availability is not guaranteed until payment has been completed. Pre-ordering is recommended because on-hand inventory is limited.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.Address changes must be requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.Miyaa’s BratzBoutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend it.

Select wigs, products, and accessories may be available for pickup when listed as in stock or after you receive confirmation that your order is ready.Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving a confirmation message.Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may require a new pickup arrangement or shipping at the customer’s expense.

What is the chargeback policy?

Customers must contact Miyaa’s BratzBoutique directly regarding any order concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback for a valid order that has been processed, shipped, delivered, or made available for pickup may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.Miyaa’s BratzBoutique reserves the right to submit order confirmations, tracking information, customer communications, and signed policies as evidence during a payment dispute.
